Hi, welcome back to Quoox University.
So in this course of videos, we’re looking at forms and questionnaires, and now I’m gonna show you how you can see the answers to the questions that you would have pre-configured following my previous videos.
So if you haven’t already, go back and watch those first. It’s much more better out that way!?!
Okay, so we’re gonna have a look at our: Weekly Check-in answers, and we’re gonna click on the pencil on the actions to go in and view.
Now, what we’ll see is we’ve got our Responses tab and we’ve had a response from Jane Alderson.
Now, straight away, we can see that there’s an alert that’s come up next to their name, but we can also see other information before actually viewing the responses, which includes:
- how we sent out that form.
- when it was last issued.
- when they started and completed that form.
And now if we click in on the “eye” under Actions, we can start looking at those responses.
Now, what you’ll see at the top straight away is the system’s alerted you with a warning that the member’s response has raised one alert.
And if you remember watching my previous video on Configuration, you can select if a specific answer causes or triggers an alert to notify you guys that there’s something you need to check in on. So if you haven’t already, go and have a look.
Now we can see quite clearly which question has raised an alert for us, which is number five. “Is there anything further that we can be doing to help you?” They’ve answered, “Yes.”
So what you might want to do here is maybe make a call; stop them if they next come into the gym, see what more we could be doing, because they haven’t provided any further information. But this is a really great way to show you how those responses can give you more information on your members and how you could then action those thereafter.
We can also see that they’ve gone through and answered all of our other questions except for the number one because no response was required.
You can make responses required when you configure the questions. So go ahead and do that if you wish, but, essentially, that’s how you go ahead and view any responses from your members.
