Hi, welcome to Quoox University.
In this video, we’re gonna cover off how you can create a nurture programme that you can then attribute to your members and or memberships. So let’s start off by going to my.quoox.com, and we’re gonna login to our main dashboard.
Now I logged into the platform; what we’re gonna do is we’re gonna hover over to the menu on the left-hand side, we’re gonna go down to connect and promote, and we’re gonna go to Nurture.
Now it’s worth noting that nurture programmes is to be applied to leads or members, and essentially they are built to deliver content or reach out on a scheduled basis. So this essentially means once you’ve built a nurture programme, you can be in touch with your members or leads as often or as little as you like without you having to do it yourself, which is really, really great.
So you’ll see that we’ve got a couple of example nurture programmes that have been created before, but let’s go ahead and add a new nurture programme for the sake of the demo.
So we’re gonna click the green button at the top, and then we’ve got two different options here. So for this demonstration, we’re gonna add a member nurture programme, and I’ll add another video around lead nurture programmes for you. So let’s add a member nurture programme.
Chapter 1: Configuring Nurture Programmes
Great, so now we’re in the configuration stage, where we can start creating our nurture programme from scratch. So we give it a name.
So for members, maybe it’s that we want to upsell a membership, for example, and then we can give a description, and this is only for the programme. So upselling to a new membership to existing members (I can’t type or spell today, guys, so don’t do what I’m doing!).
Now, you do have an option to allow reassignment to the same member or lead, but it’s not recommended mainly because one; if someone’s received a whole sequence once you probably don’t want to be sending that out again. And by not ticking that box, it means that you can’t do that, and it stops you from making that error, especially if you’re adding members to groups and you can’t remember who’s in what it just makes your life a bit easier and make sure people don’t start getting in touch about emails they’re receiving three times over.
So we’ve given it a name and a description, so we’re gonna click save. Perfect, so now we’ve saved our programme.
Chapter 2: Adding Nurture Elements
We’re sitting in our configuration stage, right? So we need to add some elements to it.
Now, essentially what adding an element means, and I’ll move my little bubble head out of the way, is adding a stage to the sequence of which it will go out to your members. So you might want to start, for example, with a standard email message, you might put in that email: Hey, here’s a new membership, we’d love to discuss with you, why don’t you take a look? For example. So just to give you an idea on what that looks like and how you can create it, this is an automated email message that would go out as part of your nurture sequence.
So we can select when this goes, so we can select that actually this goes out on day one of it being added to a member or a membership and a new member signs up, and we want it to go out at 10:00 AM that day. And we might say: hey, new membership, we think you’d love.
And then, if you’ve got snippets pre-made, you can use those in your templates. So like, we’ve got some here. We missed you/ Welcome in your first visit. So there’s some there that you can add in if you wanted to.
You could also add any attachments if you wish, so maybe it’s a form that you need to fill out to register for the new membership, or you can add some texts into the body of the email, and then you can save that, and it will add to your nurture sequence.
Once we’ve done that, we can then see that, that’s been added to our nurture sequence. You can get a detailed description. Well, you can get a overview description of what that nurture element is so we can see it’s a standard email of what exactly the subject is, so we’ve got a rough idea of what we’re sending. What type of nurturing element it is and when that’s going to be released to the member who’s part of this nurture programme.
You can then add a number of different elements. So we have a really vast list here. Everything from going direct to a member down to exercise sessions that will be added directly to their profile on their Quoox app, all the way through to credit packs.
If you have a bonus credit pack, you might want to add to entice them to see how this new membership would work with extra credits, but you can also add employee reminders and call reminders. So it might be that you don’t want it to be a completely hands-off nurture programme. It might be that towards the end of X amount of days, you actually want to give that member a call and see if you can upsell them over the phone. So you can set a call reminder, or it might be that, you know, they come in on a regular basis, and you might set an employee reminder to alert them, to have a chat with them once they’ve come into the gym and finished a session, for example.
So there’s many different elements that you can add. All of which you can decide what day and what time they are released. And that’s completely up to you. You can add as little or as many nurturing elements as you like. It might be quite straightforward where you only have three, for example. It might be that you have one of each, it’s completely up to you. Once you’ve added all your nurture elements, always be sure to save. And once you’ve saved, it will show up in your nurturing programmes list.
Chapter 3: Nurture Programs List Overview
So we can see here, we’ve got upsell membership. We can then see what kind of programme we’ve created and who we’re targeting.
So we can see that we’ve created a members programme. We can then also see how many parts are within that. So what that refers to is the number of nurture elements that you’ve created. And then we can see how long that’s going to last. So, because we’ve only added one, we know it’s only gonna last one day, but the more we add over a certain period of time, the longer the duration will be. And that is how you create a nurture programme.
