In this video, I’m gonna show you a quick actions that you can now take from the message centre.
So we’re gonna go straight into our main menu and click Message Centre. Now, I don’t currently have any messages, which is great, I’m all up to date, but what we can now do within this part of the platform is under actions, you can mark all of them as read and you can mark all of them as actioned.
So what you’ll find, maybe if you’re a member previous to this release, is that you would have actioned a message, but not necessarily marked it as read and then you’ll see that you’ve got unread messages from God knows how long ago.
So what we’ve done now, as well as these buttons, is that any message that’s been marked as actioned, will also now be marked as read. So hopefully that saves any reminders popping up that you haven’t read a certain reminder or message.
