Hi, welcome to Quoox University.
In this video, I’m gonna show you one of the changes we’ve made to the memberships tab in a member’s profile, specifically the view and the information you can see, and also how you can edit on an ad hoc basis.
So, let’s go ahead and have a look at that. We’re gonna go into manage and members as always. We’re gonna go into Marge’s account for now, and we’re gonna click straight into the memberships tab.
So this will look different to what you’re used to. If you’re new to Quoox, don’t worry. This is what it’s always gonna look like for you now, but essentially what we’ve done is made it much clearer to see the information that you need for memberships.
Now, a prime example is for a member like Marge, where they have more than one membership on their account. They’ve been split into blocks with all of the information on display, so you can see what payment plan they’re on, what their start and end date is, when their next credits are due, when they were last issued. And if they have grace credits on, as well as their next payment due date and when they made their last payment.
So there’s lots of information in here to see, and it’s really quite clear in terms of what’s happening around payments and credits being issued as well.
Now, the other thing that you can do from this box that’s added to the system is under actions, you can now edit the membership cost and dates.
So if I click on edit membership costs and dates, what you’ll see here is that I’ve got the option to change when the next credits are issued and I’ve got the option to change the cost per period. And when the next payment is due.
Now, the reason these boxes are greyed out is because the system knows, and I’ll show you, that there is no next payment due. So if I went and did it on the four sessions a month payments, for example, it’s knows that there is a next payment due, so I can change what that cost is. I’m giving Marge a £5 discount because something went wrong the other day. She couldn’t get into the gym quick enough. And she was a bit late to a class, for example. So I’m making it £45 on the next month.
And then I can also, if I want to as I said, amend when the next credits are issued and when the next payment is due.
Now you can do that either by clicking the one week, two week or one month button to automatically push it back from the date that you’re on, or by all means, you can select a date from your calendar as I am here, and you can change it to the end of the month or any specified date basically, it’s completely up to you.
If I click save, you’ll then see those changes here. And again, you can see those changes logged under activities as you always could.
All right, so that is the changes to the memberships. That’s also the action under editing the membership cost and dates, if you have any questions around this, please don’t hesitate to get in touch. Otherwise, check out my other videos at support.Quoox.com, see you soon.
