In this video, I’m going to show you where you can find the complete Incident Log within the system.
So to do that, we’re going to go to the main menu on the left-hand side, we’re going to click into Manage, and at the bottom, we’ve got Incident Log.
So in here, it defaults to the page size of 25, as you can with the Event Log, you can increase this, this goes up to 50, and what you’ll see here is that the Incident Log, you can view the entire Incident Log and generic entries, but anything for member specific instance should be logged against the member, so you do that under Notes and Documents.
So if it’s a specific member injury or incident for example, make sure you log it against them.
Anything more generic, like the examples in here, cup of coffee dropped on the body, fat scales, someone slipped in reception, et cetera, et cetera, you can add those in here, and you can see who they were logged by and when they were logged, at what date and time, any details and actions taken against that incident as well.
So that’s how you find your fault incident log.
