Answered below are some of the common questions that we get asked about forms and questionnaires.
How do my member's know they have a new form?
If the member has forms pending, these will be clearly shown on the app home page.
Additionally, if you selected it, the member will be sent a push notification advising them of the pending form. Please remember that not all members will have push notifications turned on, and that some Android phones do not display the notifications unless the Quoox app is running.
How do members complete the form?
Member’s are able to answer the forms via the Quoox mobile app. In 2021 we will extend this further so that they may also be answered via the member web portal.
Can I send a form to leads?
Presently, forms & questionnaires are for members only. In 2021, and as part of a new forthcoming feature, we will be extending this to be available to leads also.
Can I edit a form after it has been sent out?
Except for changing typo’s, you should not change a form after it has been sent out – as this could cause a mismatch between questions and answers for already completed forms.
Instead, clone the form, and send out the new version of the form to subsequent recipients.
How do I set a form to be mandatory immediately?
To set a form to be required immediately, set the enforce after (days) to 0 (zero).
Can my members book if they have a mandatory form pending?
Members will not be able to book via the app if they have a mandatory form pending. They will, however, still be able to book via the web portal.
