Hi, welcome to Quoox University.
In this video, we’re gonna cover off creating and editing lists and groups, and then adding employees and or members to said groups.
So we’re gonna start off by looking into our main Quoox dashboard at my.quoox.com. We’re gonna look in, as we always do, and prove we’re not a robot. And then that’s gonna take us to our main dashboard.
What we want to do though, is go into our Settings menu on the left-hand side, right at the bottom of the main menu that will bring up our secondary menu, and then we want to go into Lists and Groups.
Now, what you’ll see is a list of lists and groups that have different names and descriptions, and there’s different reasons for using each one, but we’re gonna focus on a couple around employee and members.
You’ll see, if you’re watching through the different videos, that there’s different use cases for each group. So for example, cleaning log areas or items, if you click in there and take a look, you can list where you’d be cleaning or where you may need to clean. So when you set a specific task, you can select that area. So you might want to go in and add all of your different areas around the gym.
If we look at member groups, for example, to start with, we go in and click on the pencil.
Now, what you’ll see is there’s a number of item descriptions which is, essentially, covering groups that have been created. Now, some of them have actions against them to either edit or delete them.
They would have been created by you or myself, for example, on this demo.
The ones that have no actions are system created lists that we think are gonna be useful to you moving forward. So you can’t edit those, but you can utilise them as and when you wish.
So in this example, we’ve got a 30-day, 30-day challenge, sorry, list created, a Six Week Challenges. So these would probably be in relation to maybe a nurture programme, a campaign that we’re running. It’s up to you what to use them for and why, but you can create your own. I’ll show you quickly how to do that, it’s really simple. You just click on the Add button. Enter the name.
So let’s say we’ve got one called Bikini Blast, for example.
