In this video, I’m gonna show you how you can bulk assign credit packs.
So let’s start by going to our main menu and into settings, then in our secondary menu, we’re gonna go to credit packs, and what you’ll see is on the right hand side, you’ve got the new bulk assigned button.
So if I click on that, it will bring up a secondary window. This is an ad hoc credit allocation, okay. So when you bulk assign, you can select from your credit packs that you’ve already created. So let’s say it’s a bonus credit pack, and I want to assign that maybe to a specific group.
So it might be a group of people that are doing a 30 day challenge, for example. So I can start writing 30 day challenge and I could give it to that membership group.
Maybe it’s actually that I want it to give it to a specific membership. I can start typing membership and I’ll see all of my memberships come up in the list.
So maybe it’s people that are on the platinum membership because they’ve come more than a few times. They’ll come in and they get in our extra bonus credit pack. It could be any reason why you’d be giving out an ad hoc credit pack. But the point is is that you can bulk assign to multiple groups or members in one go, very helpful.
So if I click next, I then also have the option to make any ad hoc changes.
This won’t change the credit pack settings. It will just change it for the ad hoc allocation we’re making here, so maybe it’s the bonus per credit pack, but instead, we’re gonna do 10. They’re gonna get them immediately and they have a fixed period of 30 days, 31 days sorry. So it covers the whole month, especially if you’re giving it sort of in the middle of the month, you might not want it to be end of the month as your credit pack was set up.
Then I’m gonna click next. It’s been configured and ready for assignment.
So if I click finish, that will then go ahead and get assigned to those members within that group and on that membership.
