Hi, welcome to Quoox University.
In this course of videos, we’ve been looking at forms and questionnaires, and in my previous video I would have shown you how to create a member form, specifically. So we’re gonna cover off how you add that to a member in this video.
So we’re gonna start by going to the main menu on the left-hand side. We’re gonna click into Manage and then Members. And we’re gonna select the member that we’d like to add the form to.
Once we’re in the member profile, we’re gonna click on the Documents tab, and then we’re gonna click Add New.
Then we got our dropdown options and we’re gonna go straight to Add Member Form. And what you’re seeing here is the list of forms that you’d have created. If you haven’t done it already, go and check out the previous video, but you’ll also see the test form that we created in that previous video here.
So I’m gonna click on that one and we can then answer the question within this pop-up box. And we can click Save. Once we click Save, the form will then appear under the Documents tab.
And you’ll see that it falls under the member form category. You can see when it was created. Then you’ve also got the actions that you can take against that said form.
So you’ve got that you can clone and edit, download, so download the responses.
You can also change the member visibility by clicking on the eye.
You can also change the manager only visibility as well by clicking on the padlock or you can delete the form from their profile.
If you ever forget what these are, if you hover over each action, it will give you a description as to what you can do with it, but, essentially, that’s how you add a member form to a member’s profile.
If you have any other questions, don’t hesitate to get in touch.
