Hi, welcome to Quoox University.
In this video, I’m gonna cover off how to add a nurture program to your membership. So let’s go ahead and start by going to my.quoox.com and we’re gonna login to our main dashboard.
Now, it’s worth noting that to add a nurture program to a membership, you need two things. You first off, need to have your memberships created. So if you haven’t done that already, go ahead and check out my onboarding videos, and watch how to create a membership.
You also need to have your nurture program created. So again, if you haven’t seen the video on how to do that, go ahead and watch it first. But just to give you an idea of where to go, you’d go to Connect and Promote, Nurture, and then you’d have your lovely list of nurture programs that you’ve already created.
So I’ve got a few here that we’re gonna look at today. So if you haven’t done that already, go watch the videos and then come and join me here again. But for now, we’re gonna go straight into adding the nurture program to a membership.
So what you need to do is go to your menu and click on Settings.
Your secondary menu will come up and we’re gonna click straight into our Membership Plans.
Now we’ve got our list of membership plans, what we want to do is select the membership that we want to add the nurture program to. So let’s say it’s the 20 sessions a month membership. We’re gonna go ahead and click the edit pencil, and that takes us into our overview page.
Now, we have three tabs here. We’ve got Overview, Payment Plans and Deliverables. To add a Nurture Program to the membership, we want to go to Deliverables. So you’ll remember this page or this tab, because you’ll have added your credit pack here.
What you can do now is add your nurturing program, which is the second option down. So when you add a nurturing program, it will auto assign to any new members that you add to it, okay. So let’s go ahead and do that. Let’s add our nurturing program. The beauty of this is once you’ve clicked the button, you don’t get taken to a new tab or window, it comes up with a dropdown in the tab that you’re already on.
So we can go ahead and select which nurture program we want to add. So if we’ve got members on our 20 credits per month membership, maybe we want to upsell part of our facility’s, you know, options, areas, nutrition program, anything that you want to put into your nurture program, you can upsell through different stages. So I’m gonna select that I want to do the upsell nurture program. I’m gonna click on the tick, and then at the bottom, I’m going to click Save.
Now, essentially, that’s it. We’ve added a new nurture program to the membership. Once you add any new members to said membership, they will automatically get that nurture program however you’ve created it.
So in this case, if we go to Connect and Promote, and Nurture, and have a quick look at our upsell program by clicking on the pencil, we can see that they’re gonna get after 30 days, a text message or an email, a bonus pack with credits included, a reminder, another email, and a reminder. So this is for employees. So there’s three actions for the member that will get their notifications through the nurture program, and then there’s two employee reminders to touch base with the member.
It’s completely up to you how you create your nurture program. You can add a number of different nurture elements here, and then that will be automatically assigned to all new members that you add to that membership.
