All of the triggers within Quoox support the use of triggered actions. These options provide you with a wealth of actions to select from for customising the trigger. This enables you to automate actions in your system and saves you admin time.
The table outlines the triggered actions. Some actions can only be applied to specific triggers which will be highlighted below.
Triggered Actions:
The triggered actions field states the action that you can select to occur. The description states the action’s capabilities.

Add a note | Notes are to be automatically added to a member or lead record. |
Add a Lead tag | Add a specified tag to a Lead.

Add a member tag | Add a specified tag to a member.

Archive member | Archive the member record from the system.
(Can only be applied to member-related triggers) |
Assign a mentor | Select either a specific or random coach to be assigned to the member. |
Block member bookings | Prevent members from booking sessions for X days.

Cancel all pending trigger events | Cancel any pending trigger events for the specified trigger. |
Cancel Nurture Program | Cancel ALL or only a specified nurture program. |
Credit Pack | Select a credit pack to allocate to a member automatically. |
Email Message | Send a standard text-based email. |
Fitflix Video | Allocate a video from your FitFlix library. |
Form or Questionnaire | Assign a form or questionnaire to your member or lead. |
Immersive email message | Emails that are rich in content, and are highly engaging to their recipients. |
Library Document | Allocate uploaded documents from your Quoox document library. |
Nurture Program | Assign a nurture program to your members and leads. |
Push Alert | Raise a notification for your users from the Quoox app. |
Raise a system alert | Raise an internal system notification that only staff can see. |
Remove a lead tag | Automatically remove a tag assigned to a Lead.

Schedule a call | A notification is raised in the system for a specific member or members of staff. |
Send a message to employee(s) | Send a message by email, text or push notification to your staff.
