The January 6, 2020 feature release provides some additional productivity functions to the Quoox portal.
Assignments provide a new method of allocating tasks to either specific employees or groups of employees.
Examples of items that can be assigned include messages, and to-do tasks.
Assignment groups are created in the Settings, Lists & Groups function. They are then assigned to employees from the employee summary page.
It is now possible to create scheduled reminders, for yourself; for groups of employees; or for specific employees.
Reminders may also be linked to specific member records, for rapid recall when they are flagged up.
- Zero In-Box
A new context menu in the message centre (and member message listing) now provide methods for marking messages as having been actioned; not requiring action; or assigning them to a colleague (or group of colleagues) for review/action.
Using the filter options on the message centre, it is now possible to achieve the utopia of “zero in-box” by marking messages appropriately – and thus knowing at a glance that incoming messages have been (or are being) dealt with.
